Shanghai Ncc's medical equipment warranty period is twelve months (three months for accessories;consumables not included ) from date of shipment under normal use and service. Our company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at our company's option, any part which upon our company's examination proves defective.
Return Policy
Please provide the defective model number, product number, and a brief description of the reason for return, a clear picture for showing the problem is a better evidence.
Freight policy
Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to Nation for service . Nation is responsible for the freight & insurance charges to the customer. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
Technical Training
Shanghai Ncc provides free service training to the technical personnel from the distributors with respect to the products and will further provide technical assistance via video conference, e-mail or fax as requested by the distributors. The training will be performed at Shanghai NCC's headquarters in Shanghai Industrial Design Park.
